Up until now I've loved FNB and I've always thought they were the better bank but my mind is slowly changing. I have been sending FNB e-mails and made phone calls from the 25th September 2013 regarding me going on unpaid maternity leave. I am quite annoyed by your customer service now. I have been passed from one person to another and no one seems to know what your procedures are. I have been passed from Debt counselling to debt review to FNB Life Claim department. How embarrassing when I call the FNB Life claim department and ask if they have a maternity benefit. Is that your internal policy to mock customers? What happened to how can I help you? I am on 3 months unpaid maternity leave please advice what needs and can be done?
