Our house was broken into on 11th November. The incident was reported to Outsurance the very same day. It took 4 days for the company to replace the front door of our house, this is where the point of entry had being. Since then the assessor assigned to our claim, claimn nr being 104067458, Quinton, came to our house and cross examined my husband as though we are common criminals. He even went so far as to call my mother in law to confirm certain information. Now after 2 weeks we have being advised that our claim has being assigned to a second assessor.
How is it that after 2 weeks the claim get reassigned and we start this whole process again. The company is going to deduct yet another debit order on time, dare I say, but they cannot even attend to our claim. Another thing, why are we being made to be criminals and spoken to the way we are by the assessor when we are due to receive an outbonus in 2 months time. I have never dealt with such rudeness, incompetence and complete lack of empathy. Absolutely pathetic, you need to be exposed for the bad service that you provide to people that pay you for years.
