Discovery Card
R 148 for unsuccessful transaction

I bought a kulula ticket, at the first attempt the transaction did not go through. Discovery decided that they will grab a R148 for that firstime miss. The 2nd time the transaction went through and kulula grab their R148 for the same transaction. We are getting it from both sides. Please refund my R148.
