Ridiculous (non) refund policy

Having had to cancel tickets I bought online for an upcoming show, I called the Computicket call centre. I was informed that a full refund would be made into my account. However, a transaction fee of R100 per ticket purchased was not refunded. In the first place, charging a transaction fee per ticket and not per transaction seems a little ludicrous. Not refunding this fee, or at least a part thereof, is simply daylight, especially when Computicket is going to resell the tickets and earn a new transaction fee for the new transaction.
