I have been divorced for a number of years and plus minus october last year i enquired at Nedbank the Glen regarding the transfer of my bond into my name. i have been transferred from pillar to post and been given round robin responses with regards to the status of the transfer. to date nothing has been confirmed. i cannot get a positive response as to what is currently happening with the account. i've probably handed in my divorce decree and payslips about 3 times and still nothing has materialised, i find this absolutely unacceptable service coming from one of the big banks. i would appreciate urgent feedback with regards to the status of the transfer.
