Premium Increased drasticaly

I have had vehicle insurance with Oaksure insurance brokers since September 2011, the premium that was debited from my account was R 838.54 on 15/08/2013, but this month on the 16/09/2013 my account was debited with R1, 031.54, the I did what any client would do, I called Oaksure customer care first the number on their website doesn't go through, I look up the other number it goes through, but the lady how answers the phone gives me attitude and transfers me to the other number that only ring and after a while cuts, I call again to ask the lady why did she transfer me instead of helping me, and with attitude again she tells me that my broker has changed and she gave me this number 0116446622, I have been trying to call this number for the past two hours and it does not go through.

All I wanted was an clarity as to why my premium has increased with R 196, without any notification that this would happen, and my other problem is why is my premium increasing with such a high difference why my driving experience is increasing and the value of my car is declining, so I see this as a rip off and I think its time I find myself other insurance.
