Capitec only respond when in public

On 20th December 2012 I wrote a report about how Capitec bank had frozen my account and accused me of (on my statement it says suspected) after I deposited some cash into my account.
The following day I received a response from their Complaint Management department.
After returning from holiday I submitted a detailed complaint to this department on 21st January 2013. In this complaint I requested answers and explanations. This was 8 days ago and they have not even had the decency to acknowledge my correspondence.
It would appear that Capitec has no respect for their clients and they only respond when exposed in public.
