I changed my phone number a while ago and went into the bank to update my details. The first time, they didn't save it. The second time, they only changed my contact number, not the number my notifications went to. Now I find out that, despite my request, they also didn't change the number attached to my internet banking! That's all going to my old number which now belongs to someone else! I can't even change my own profile because (I repeat!) it's all going to someone else. Useless!
