I have a huge problem with the service that is rotten and with fnb, it is getting worse. I just changed my pricing option and the fee was to be pro-rated but when I checked, it was full amount. Called them again and the guy I spoke to says he NEVER said such, asked for a manage and Celeste is telling me it is prorated and I must just accept it. I hate to be made a fool cause I am not, like you said, it is a few days before the circle but why is the fee not prorated? Take your staff member to be trained, just caused you a client.
