Takes to much

After our agreement of R800.00 over 3 months on the 30th, Wonga takes the whole amount on the 29th! This over easter! Why would we make arangements if I could afford that? That's! I expect a re-fund today and you can take your R800.00 tomorrow. Thank you for this! I am now unable to pay rent or buy food. I kept you up to date and explained my situation this is how you handle it!
