Wonga Payment not going off account

I currently have an issue where due to Wonga not taking the amount off of my account on the agreed date of the 28th of February 2013. Now I've been handed over to their legal department.

When I noticed that the amount did not go off end of February I waited another month. When it still did not go off I contacted Wonga just to be told there weren't sufficient funds end of February. There was more than sufficient funds in my account. I was told the amount owed was R3050.00 which I requested to then go off end of April. Once again no joy as nothing happened.

In May I was contacted by a legal firm regarding the account that Wonga has now handed over and the amount is now more than agreed with that Wonga was supposed to take off my account. I explained to the lady my situation and she said she'll arrange for the R3050.00 to go off end of May. Once again this did not happen. I was contacted again by the legal department regarding this account and the person had no record of anyone there making an arrangements for the end of May. I then told the lady I would do a manual payment seeing that Wonga can't seem to resolve whatever issue they are having.
