I changed my cellphone number and went into the branch to have my internet banking profile updated. I have gone in 3 times since and noone can assist me. I am so ready to change banks and this will be my last month with STD bank. I am not pleased at all with the service offered and the inability to resolve my problem. if i go into the bank now it will be now to close the account and transfer my funds elsewhere!!!
