Bad Customer service

I had taken a load and it was in areas yes but for them to debit my account and take every cent i had in my account is not on,
1- i was not informed that it has been handed over
2- no one is listening to the reason why i have not made all the payments
3-the people i was dealing to have no time to assist, they say what they want to say and hang up.
3-this agent Ondela, cant even answer a question asked to him, listen to what im saying regarding why i have not paid and his rude, while talking his laughing! and keeps quite as if his not there, i asked for a manager and he tells me there are no managers, he does not know where the meetings are, for me that is a lie, working unsupervised.
i want my money back. standard bank is not a bank with people you can call for customer service.
i will make payments for my loan as i have said.
