I would like to get to the bottom of Animal Medic Care Pet Medical Aid. The last time a premium was taken was in December. I phoned Anand in January 2013 and he assured me that we were still covered and that new underwriters were taking over. He said correspondence has been posted to us. I have not received a letter to date! He also said that they would recover the premiums as soon as they were up and running and that claims can be sent. I sent in a claim at the beginning of February and I have not heard a word. Can somebody tell me what is going on? Must I find other insurance for my pets? If so, I think Anand should be reimbursing us our money!
