On 17:16 Mon 25Mar (ref: 267759) I wrote a review on hellopeter аbout: My Apple MacBook Pro Retina Display that I Ordered on the 08/03/2013 and still don't have. I must say the Response I got back from FNB was all most excellent. They send me an email the next morning, a lady phoned me a couple of min later and told me that they are investigating the case. Sadly to know @ 16:42 a Lady phoned me (extension:0877369222) told me that FNB made a mistake with my application and that they apologies for everything and the Device will be deliver to me by the end of the week she will make my "issue" top priority this all happen on Tuesday 26Mar. I phoned Digital Planet 28Mar @ 8:27 and 12:01 noting again on my ID.I phoned the Lady @ extension:0877369222 a couple of times left her messages NOTHING.I phoned FNB and no one could help me not even with the ref:267759 that FNB supplied me with... why is it FNB that only on hellopeter you can help me but no one in your call centre, that does not make sense. I think Beep bank would have done it differently. DON'T YOU?
