Interest rate review now been 2 months

I was offered fnb platinum credit card with a higher limit, due to profile change. I declined but requested an interest rate review. I was promised a call back. 2 weeks later i submitted a request through my private banker. I explained the situation and my pvt banker said i will expect a call. I did not recieve a call but got an email after a month asking for my payslip. I sent my payslip and then recieved a call whereby i was to and said fnb does not review interest rates for the past 5 years when i had my rate reviewd last year and thats what is advertised by fnb. Now still after being promised a call by a manager from fnb credit card division, i am waiting its been 2 months. And andrew to whom i sent my payslip to responds after another 2weeks after i followed up saying i dont qualify for a lower rate due to my credit profile. So how did i qualify for a better platinum credit card with over double my current limit?

Fnb credit card division service is terrible and the interest rate review is a ploy to get new customers. Why would it take over 2 months and still no interest rate review
