Locked out of my bank account again

I have been locked out of my bank account yet again. When querying this (since there was no warning, no call, no SMS), I am told I need to FICA. I did that (for the 2nd time) as recently as December 18th. On checking with the branch, I have learned they do not keep copies of the documentation and "something must have gone wrong". I have banked with ABSA since they were inaugurated as ABSA. I have not changed my account. Perhaps they would like a DNA sample? I am told the only way to resolve this is to go and FICA again. So I must take time off work, gather up all the bits of paper, queue to present the bits of paper so they can AGAIN sent it into a void? Would this even make sense in a parallel universe? I don't think so ABSA. I think the time has come for us to part ways. I am sick to death of the ineptitude and carelessness and even though I am a teeny weeny little client in the big scheme of things, I have been your loyal customer for 17 years. Surely I deserve some consideration in return.
