Just can't get it right first time. Or second

My account was locked due to outstanding FICA documentation, although nothing changed on my account. Took al the documents to Absa Fourways, where first I stood in a queue for 20 minutes, then was helped by someone else in the back offices. This was in July.

Yesterday my account was locked again, apparently because someone at Fourways didn't do their job and the documents never reached the FICA centre or it was never sent. Kind of humiliating when buying groceries and you have to find out from the till operator that your card are all declined. Thank you Absa for not letting me know that you didn't do your job, for hiding behind some excuse.

I am fed up with bad service. Reference number EC 903008A0, contact person Leana van der Berg, who responded on my email to [Email Removed] 10 days after I have complained the 1st time.
