Bad Service

Business & Finance

I took a Smartphone from Fnb and also insured it with FNB. unfortunately i lost my phone and i submitted a claim on the 25th of February 2013. i was asked to pay excess of R799.00 which i did on the 26th of Feb 2013 and i was told core banking solutions will call me within 10 to 15 working days. as i didn't receive a call i called and asked the insurance broker what is happening. she told me they have settled the device with core banking and i must take it up with them, i called them and they i was told it will be sorted. to my surprise i was debited R269.00 as device payment a device i don't even have as i am still waiting for a replacement. if my device is settled what is this debit order for? why am i being billed for something which i don't have
