Funeral policy, so shocked in FNB the poo

I changed my bank from ABSA to FNB at the end of last year, and actually recommended others to do the same.

But what i am experiencing now is shocking behond believe, one of my workers came to me after they were treated, i gave fnb parrow a call qnd the way this geraldine woman talked to me was shocking, never in my life have i experienced such bad tellephone eticet.i mean 10 mins ago she just gave the phone away because she doesnt want to talk to me and doesnt have anything to say?

And thats not the worst part, my employer has had a funeral policy with you for two years, they couldnt pay the January instalment, so Geraldine said its fine as long as they just miss one payment and then it wont lapse, so the february there was enough money for a double debit, but fnb only debited once and then sent a letter to say the policy has lapsed!

So who is to blame here?

FNB says there must be new policy opend up and the last two years money and interest is all for nothing, and here i came to FNB because i thought they cared, but this is the way they treat people?
So FNB are just like al the others... big corporation not really caring about the small guy, one positive the manager of the branch!
