FNB 2 years to clear a SETTLED loan of my name

I had 2 FNB loans that was handed over to a collections team. Both these accounts were settled in February 2011, however FNB has not updated my profile and listed me on ITC for the account settled 2 years ago. I have tried on numerous occasions to get this resolved and nothing has been done to date to get this rectified.
