There seems not a human word printable in this forum that one can use to describe the most pathetic bank in history. Open an account in ten minutes, my eye! When you complain about it, you get that typical cut-and-paste response, a week later a telephone call with promises of a follow-up and then nothing...

Stay away from FNB, if you want to keep your money safe and your banking frustrations to a minimum. Waiting for a new business account now five weeks and counting...
