Totally disgusted

Where was the e-mail sent as nothing was received since, why are you updating things that is not true this just proofs again how digusting your service has become and I used to think that you are the bank... how can you call someone and say we will give you R38K just to find out that was neva true so you can keep your cheque account and leave the savings account as I will not pay charges on something as you to sell it to me... by the way I am still waiting for that mail, call, sms however you trying to get hold of me... this proofs again you are big in so this is no surprise
