Cheating Business

I applied for a loan last week and it was declined. This morning an amount of R79.99 went off my account for no apparent reason. I called EC Finance and the lady told me that they charge admin fees whether your application was approved or not. She said that this is mentioned on the application form and on their website. I must be blind as I did not see this. I think they and CHEAT clients out of their money whether its approved or not. Imagine R79.99 X 10 000 people who were unsuccessful. Do the math...
