Attention Audi/VW buyers

I recently purchased an Audi S3, and was offered a top up insurance by Alpine audi. The vehicle was involved in an accident and written off, with an excess of R123k!!! The insurance was done by a Miss Yogi Clack. I wasn't warned of such high excess's!

Subsequently, Hollard paid a total of R1246 towards my excess, totally not what I was promised. Attempts to contact Hollard were met with "out of office" emails and messages. Nor could they give me reason on how that figure was calculated.

Please guys, avoid dealing with either of these 2 companies at all cost, it's given me sleepless nights and a lot of legal fees. For those of you who already are involved, seriously reconsider any affiliation to them ASAP!!!
