On the 31 january 2013 I used Atm at promanafe mall. I forgot to credit card inside the machine. On the 6th of March 2013 I called lost card department and spoke to Aluwana who promised me that the card will be delivered to Bellville Branch. The card was never delivered as promised. After seeing tha I was not getting the card I went to Bellville Branch was told I was told I will get the card the next day but did not get the card. On the 15th of March 22013 I called call center spoke to Pat who assured me that I get the card on the 20 march 2013 but I did not get the card. Spend two hours on the call center call on the 20 march 2013 and the card is still at Tyger manor branch. I spoke to Faye call center supervisor and I told her how unhappy I am. I told her to keep the card and told her I am taking further steps and will aslo lodge a complaint withthe ombudsman ofbanking services. I have incurred costs in contacting the call center and going to the branch but none of them really care about my inconvwnconvenance
