Pathetic

I have been trying to have them deliver my card all week, it is Wednesday now. They deliver in the Bellville area between 11 and 1pm.
yesterday by 4:30 they were not here yet, it is now 2:30 the following day - still no delivery.
my credit card expires next Friday, at this rate I doubt that I will have received my new card on time.
I phone them up to 4 times a day, and they can never tell me where the delivery man is.
I am a rep therefore I only earn money when I am out on the road working, so far they have cost me over 2 days of earnings, I cannot afford to sit around and wait for people who do not appear.

I have just managed to get the assistant manager on the line, he tells me that the card is still at the depot and only scheduled to out tomorrow - this after they sent me an sms to confirm yesterdays delivery and another sms to confirm todays delivery

how did this bunch of clowns land such a lucrative contract
