It may seem that i have gone crazy by registering so many complaints on hellopeter, but it looks like the hellopeter complaints is the only language that Regent Decision Makers seem to understand.

After nagging, and nagging the claims department through hellopeter, they have finally made a decision to payout the claim. The question is how much more nagging will be required before the payment reflects in my bank account. The excuses are many: No signatures, no authorizations, no second signatures, missed batch run times, inter-bank payment delays, etc, etc. i have heard them all.

I was reading a hellopeter complaint by another reagent client which took him over a month, after they signed the acceptance of the full and final settlement offer, for the funds to be released. I can't help but wonder if i will be treated the same way. It seems like they take the "full and final settlement" signature to absolve themselves of LEGAL LIABILITY, and then continue to delay payment knowing that the client has signed away their rights to take the matter further legally.

PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG BY PAYING PROMPTLY IN GOOD FAITH!!!
