DEBIT ORDERS CHANGED TO LATE

I complained last week about the bad service at ABSA Bank in claremont cape town. Now they have changed my debit orders to late so now my debit orders are going to bounce. Who is going to pay for this? Why are you guys hiring people who can clearly not do the job? Can someone that is going to be of use please contact me. Please dont send me your automated emails.
