Hi There,

About two months ago i upgraded to a platinum account. I was promised that my debit orders would be changed correctly. The first time it was changed it was changed to the wrong account. That account has now been closed. If have asked Redha to contact me with regards to this. After sending him about ten emails, I had to call him to get something out of him. It seems however now my debit orders have not been reswitched, so it is going to bounce and I will be getting a bad credit history.

Another thing. I order my wife and secondary credit card. This was 6-7 weeks ago. I am still waiting. Everytime I call there is another excuse as to why this has not arrived yet.

Can someone WHO IS ACTUALLY GOING TO BE HELPFUL contact me today so we can sort this out please.
