R400 Beat our Quote

I wanted to tell the world about the R400 Outsurance claims to pay you if they cant give you a better quote, but after reading how many people is suffering the same fate i guess i will have to stand in line.

Like the many others i called them because my current insurance went up to about R442 for a 2004 model vehicle, and the best Outsurance could do was about R700. They then lowered the monthly installment but my access would skyrocket!!

They couldnt equal or better my current insurance with Dial Direct and promised to send me a link. i was suppose to complete the link and add a copy of my policy with Dial Direct (my current insurer). This link was sent within minutes, but an error comes up when i click on the link and i cant upload my banking details. The interesting thing about this link is that a pop-up message comes up which says that they are aware of the error. Emailed K Pather [Email Removed] regularly since 8 April 2012 requesting for some other methode and its not responding to my emails at all.

Now, my question is, if they are so slow to respond to pay R400 out, how slow will they be when you claim!!

Hope somebody here sees my complaint and respond.
