Bad attitude

My loan account with SA multi loan was handed over for collection and i received a letter of demand at work for a balance of r7600. the letter was delivered the end of May 2012 after my pay day and i made arrangements to pay r750 for the end of june. the was no debit order that was taken for the end of June and to my suprise the end of july 2012 my payslip was short with an amount of r842 and when i enquired i was advised coombe and assosciates have made an attachment. the end of february 2013 i called the company just wanting to know teh balance and was advised i had a balance of r10600 and that they are charging me interest of 60%. I am not happy because according to my calculations i have paid them todate r8420 and still i have a huge balance meaning that i am still going to pay them forever. I am not happy this account is causing me problems and its frustrating which I need a resolution and i have logged a complain as well with the credit ombudsman
