GARNISHEE ABUSE

Made a loan with Bridge loans, I couldn't afford repayment - due to huge financial losses. Months later, a representative from either Coombe/Bridge - made me sign a document which stated that I only needed to pay R791 for a few months (nothing was explained with regards to extra charges, interest, collection charges, " His words were to me - don't worry - you only need to pay R791, to meet your loan in a few month's time) Neither did he state that I was in fact getting a judgement - he didn't give me time to read the document - as he was apparently in a hurry!!! Neither did I get a copy! A month later, my first payment went off from my salary - I therefore requested a statement - at the time by current balance reflected R 6, 348.65. I made 2 more payments after that, and therefore decided to email Coombe (who is now all of a sudden) Flemix??? as I wanted to settlement my account. On the statement they sent me - my current balance reflected the following: R5576.96, How is that possible? It should be R3975.65! I emailed the lady immediately and she stated that it was interest and collection charges? Why so much? Why doesn't my balance decrease? Emily from Coombe's words were
