Required paper work

Good Day
It is with regret to write this, but i have no choice. It has been 1 year now since i have paid of my vehicle. I relocarted to Rustenburg in the North West last year March. I had requested my original vehicle papers from the Rustenburg Branch 2months ago and since than i have been waiting till now. When i requested the documents i asked if it was possilbe to recieve them here in Rustenburg and the consultant said it was not a problem. She than called the Branch in Johannesburg CBD and they assured her that in 2 weeks the papers will be deliverd in Rustenburg. To my surprise it has been 2months now since i have been waiting as the lady consultant said she wil give me a ring as soon as the documents arrived. This morning i went to Std bank and only to be told that they have no record of documents being requested and than they refered me to the other branch in Rustenburg and told me that they do not handle "Vehcile and assets" i went to the branch they referred me to as angry as i was i went. When i got there no one was willing to assist me i was with my fiance and fortunately he knew some1 who tried to help, but failed. What do i do now?
