I have been sitting on the phone for over an hour trying to get assistance regarding a debit order/payment that was made from my account on the 23rd March 2013 at Game/Dion Store. I confirm that i did not make such transaction. I made contact with my bank to try and get assistance but was informed that since Game/Dion banks with ABSA, I should contact ABSA for assistance... Getting through to the ABSA Debit Order Department has been impossible to do and i need to get my money back. I have only managed to get through to Shereen Moodley at the switchboard... PLEASE HELP BEFORE MORE OF MY MONEY DISAPPEARS.
