BANK ACCOUNTS DEBITED ON THE INCORRECT DATE SPECIF

I am horrified that for February and March Nedbank has debited my account on the 22 of each month respectively for a personal loan, which I specifically indicated that I get paid on the 25 of each month. On calling the customer service department I was informed by the Team Leader - 'Zaid Dockrat" that it is a business strategy so they can get their money. Where is the loyalty to their Customers, this now has a negative impact as I have had 2 unpaid debits on the 22 March which Nedbank clearly does not care about. I will never have any other business dealings with Nedbank and urge anybody elso not too.

NEDBANK DOES NOT DISPLAY BUSINESS ETHICS AND PROFFESSIONALISM IN THEIR SERVICES TO THEIR CLIENTS.
