ABSA ON LINE what a mess

I am on Internet banking since it was introduced many years back and was very happy of the efficient way it worked. Now if I log in, Internet banking is not working anymore and I get logged out, so I must try and use ABSA ON LINE which is a poor program and your time expires before you can do a transaction.
It reminds of a kids game.
It is no wonder that a lot of friends have chosen to go to FNB and Standard bank.
I would like to see the old Internet banking to stay as this new issue is definitely a flop!
