CANT LOG INTO MY INTERNET BANKING

im so frustrated at absa at the moment, 1st I try and draw money from the ATM it says transaction cant be completed, but yet I get a sms stating that the amount a requested is off my account but yet I haven't received my cash, cash that I worked for. 2nd I try to log in to my internet banking but it keeps giving me an error. call the call centre says that my internet banking fees haven't gone off, I meen come on I been using internet banking for a few years and this is a first. I got debt to pay not time to play.
Please retify. cant expect to keep client happy if this happens.
