Unauthorized withdrawal

I drew a statement on 22/03/2013 at the atm and noticed that
R500 was mysteriously drawn from my account on 16/03/2013.

This is extremely concerning because of 2 key factors:
1- It shows the withdrawal was done in westridge Mitchells Plain at 17:49 but my wife and I was attending a birthday celebration in a completely different area (Somerset West) at the above mentioned time. I had both my card and my ID with me at the time.
2- I have a standard e plan savings account that does not carry an over draft facility meaning I
have to leave a R50 balance on my account and cannot make withdrawals that will put the account
into a minus
The statement shows that at the time of the withdrawal my account only had a balance of R81.75 so
it would have been impossible for me to draw a R500

I had a look on your complaints list for similar issues and found the following:
CUSTOMER andzingani
R620 was withdrawn from my account--whilst I was in possession
of both my ID and bank card.
The money was withdrawn on Saturday, 2013-03-16
You will notice that the withdrawal for this customer was on 16/03/2013 (The exact date as mine!)
