I would like to make the Senior Managment of Nedbank aware of the breach of contract between themselves an me (George Bennett).

I have made several calls to the contact centre and im not going down that road again

Our agreement stated that money will be collected on the 25th via debit order. This has gonn wrong for the Last 6 months and i have been charged intrest fees to ammount of R2280 for debits going of my overdraft.
I am requesting nedbank to credit this fee with immediate effect

I am therefore taking this case to the consumer affairs board and would like to get a urgent response from the Compliance Manager of Nedbank

If no feedback is recieved within 72 hours i will logg query and ad additional claims for financial inconvenience and credit rating impact
