Dont return calls and zero feedback

Last week after some extreme mails and calls the wrongly deliver phone from FNB and Cell C was collected but now I have notified them via email (because there is no joy when phoning them, to cancel the contract phones just ring) Nomvuyo from Fnb has, called to get my address to collect the phone after the phone was collected, Wednesday that passed she called to asking me to cancel the contract with Cell C but she will get them to phone me and also port my number to a prepraid sim, no one phoned Wednesday, I even sent a mail to have the contract canceled. Today no one called or came back to me. I mailed, faxed but no response. I just need the contract cancelled and my number transfered to a prepaid sim.
