Refusal of reversal

Today homechoice deducted R200 on my account, the debit order is scheduled for the 25th when my salary is paid, they made an early debit from the money left in my account. When I went to capitec branch in motherwell they told me I need to bring a letter from homechoice in order to reverse it.

What I fail to understand is that was not my salary as my paydate is on the 25th. This has really inconvenienced me and I am closing my account, I cannot tolerate this...
