Two weeks and still no feedback

I applied over the internet for credit and Monique replied t my mail saying that i could get credit to a certain amount. now after i had send in all the required documentation i have not gotten a reply to my emails or calls. when i do get through to tel she will say she wants to check something then put me on hold then cuts the call, all i want is feedback, is that so hard to do? i don't see why i should be treated like this because i have not done anything to deserve such rude behavior or attitude
