GREAT DEALS- PATHETIC SERVICE... WHATS THE POINT??

I was thrilled to hear the great deals Standard bank had on the tablet and ipad deals. I immediately went online [URL Removed] to order and when doing so every time i tried it gave me an error for some unknown reason, i was also very concerned about delivery time and available stock as i was getting it for a friends birthday. I then searched the entire net to find a contact tel number to speak to someone regarding the issues - None were found. I then phoned Standard banks customer line and spoke to a lady requesting to speak to a department that dealt with this- there was NO SUCH THING!!! No one at standard bank could help me or answer my questions! The best she could do was give me a email address (which still has not been answered) and she advise we go into a branch. That same day i went into the branch, waited in the enquiries queue and when i got to the front they could not help me that claimed they dont deal with this and that everything needs to happen online

My question to Standard bank is- Isnt this YOUR service??
Why not practice communication among staff?
This is very sad and im so disappointed that i have given up!
