2 x time out of my bank acc * WHAT HAPPENED

This is the 2nd time that there is on my bank accounts. I'am still waiting for the refund from the first time. That amount is a three quarter of the money they steel out of my account. The first time was last year. Today i received a SMS and realised that there is a view transaction thru my account that i never make and even a cash draw at the ATM and the card is in my worker wallet and he is in Tzneen. How is that possible that can happen at a ATM with out a card
