Double Interest

I have an account with FNB that fell into arrears a while ago & was subsequently handed to a firm of attorneys to handle the collection. I made all necessary arrangements with this group and have been paying them via debit order. When I called FNB to get their details, I was transferred to 9 different people before I was assisted with the name of the company, but was told they have NO contact details for this organisation in question, namely, Groenwald Lubbe Inc Attorneys. I found their details myself and was horrified to find that I am being levied interest by them & FNB on the same account on a monthly basis.!!! I wonder what the National Credit Regulator would say about this situation??? Now I understand why customers who are indebted can never get ahead...
