Y VAP Insurance

As of January 2013 an amount of R90 has been deducted from my account from an Insurance I do not know about, called VAP Insurance. Currently I have a negative balance that Nedbank wants me to pay off. I cannot cancel the account without paying for this "unknown" amount. What action can I take to protect myself and my credit status?
