I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE PROMISED TICKETS

In October last year, I won a two tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers Cape Town concert through a Twitter competition run by 5fm. The concert is in 2 weeks time and I have yet to be contacted by the studio to let me know about the tickets. I began to worry and started to tell people that I had not yet recieved the tickets to which I was told that 5fm is notoriously bad at distributing prizes to competition winners. Since hearing this I have sent the studio numerous emails and Twitter direct messages (private messages) and have recieved no reply! It is unacceptable that 5fm can offer such desired prizes on air and then not deliver. Having been a dedicated listener for years, I feel as though I have been betrayed by the station. It is important that others are aware of their failure to deliver promised prizes.
