Competition Section not up to speed

I wish to lodge a complaint, i received a sms on 6 May 2013 from cuddlers stating I won airtime and need to phone a particular number with my pin number which was provided. I did exactly this on 7 May 2013. I was told it would take up to 7 days to receive the airtime. I phoned again today as I have not received the promised airtime. the lady on the other side said to me oh sorry madam we are out of stock with airtime, come on really if you are running competitions, make sure you have the prizes before sending out smses telling people to claim their prizes. Cuddlers, competitions have really gone sour the past two months. I have asked the competition line if they could at least swop one of my pamper treatments for various reasons explained to them, I am still waiting for an answer it has been two weeks. This is really not on. The daily prizes are not even going out as they should. What is happening to you Cuddlers. I would probably get earmarked for complaining to hellopeter but if that is the case I will take it further.
