Service in call centre really the worst

I received a call from FNB advising that I won a prize and that it would take up to 7 working days for delivery. However when I phoned today the 0875750000 contact centre I was transferred from pillar to post. I spoke to Kiddi and Dinakatso Mathebule with no Idea what they doing there. When I asked to speak to Feroza Isaacs, who is apparently the manager in that dept. I was told that she is not available. These consultants didnt give me a chance to explain myself and transferred me from the 1 dept to the other. All I want to know is that whether I didn in something and yet this experience with FNB contact centre was one of the worst I ever came across. The consultants were very disrespectfull in not giving me a chance to explain but kept on interrupting me. Can someone with a little bit of CLIENTCARE assist me please?
